Permanently fix the holder to your forklift using cable ties, screws or adhesive. Each holder displays a DO NOT USE  UNTIL DAILY CHECKS HAS BEEN CARRIED OUT OR FORKLIFT TRUCK HAS BEEN REMOVED message when inserts have been removed.
Kit contains – 2 holders, 10 inserts and a pen.
Inserts are double sided. One side details a checklist for reference and the other allows up to 32 inspection records.
