These robust tags are easy to fit onto ladders due to their small size. 

Kit contains- 10 holders, 10 inserts and a pen.

Each holder comes with a prohibition notice which is visible when there are no inserts in the holder. Message reads DO NOT USE THIS LADDER

Inserts are highly visible and double sided. One side allows for inspection details to be written on, the other has checklist info.
